Nursery Admissions

Prior to your child starting our nursery you are very welcome to arrange to visit our setting and see us in action. Please contact the school office on 0115 9539927 to arrange a time to visit and we would be delighted to show you around.

A child will be eligible for admission to our Nursery in the term after they turn three years old, although their admission will be subject to places being available. This will normally ensure that children will enjoy at least three terms of nursery education prior to entry into a reception class of a mainstream school.

OUR PROVISION

We offer either:

15-hour provision. Children attend nursery every day for either the morning 8.40am -11.40 am (doors open at 8.30am) or the afternoon 12.30pm -3.30pm

If eligible -

30-hour provision. Children attend nursery on Monday to Friday – 8:30-3.30pm (The day is extended with a lunch break. Children bring a packed lunch for this and there is a £3 charge to staff the lunch club)
